Adam Rivard Walter: The Center’s Clinic Manager.

Adam takes care of a number of day-to-day responsibilities such as booking patient appointments, handling patient inquiries, in house technical support, insurance billing, accounting, and other crucial business tasks that allow the Center to function smoothly. In addition, to the above mentioned responsibilities, Adam also tutors young adults on the Autism Spectrum who are currently attending college. During his free time, he enjoys photography, cooking, and participating in outdoor recreational activities.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Emerald Horton –Billing Coordinator for The Center

She is responsible for processing all insurance claims and handles all correspondence between various insurance companies. Emerald also manages patient accounts and is in charge of The Center’s bookkeeping and training of temporary billing interns. In addition to her duties at The Center, she is also the House Mother of The Center’s Transition House. To learn more about the Transition House please click here. Liliya Huk – Patient Account Specialist at The Center

She is responsible for the collection of all co-pays, co-insurance, and outstanding balances. Liliya is also in charge of patient balances and is in charge of sending out monthly statements. Liliya is also fluent in Russian, Ukrainian,and English. In her free time she’s either spending time with her two kids and husband, or working on home improvement.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jeannie Adam, M.Ed – Intake Specialist

Jeannie schedules patients, checks for insurance compatibility, and answer inquiries about Center services and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Jeannie listens to patient concerns and matches them with the best provider to meet their needs.
As a Washington State Certified Special Education teacher, she frequently draws upon her life-long experience as parent of an adult who is significantly impacted by their disability by setting an example for others of how to help their child lead a life of self-sufficiency and independent choice. Jeannie empowers parents to become strong advocates for their children by directing them towards services of support and resources to better the lives of both the parent and the child.
Jeannie enjoys frequenting farmer’s markets, cycling and swimming.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Charlotte deSavigny- The Center Receptionist

She enjoys working at the Federal Way location by assisting wherever needed. During her free time, Charlotte loves spending time with her husband, adult children, and grandchildren. Her favorite pass times are star gazing, sewing, gardening, cooking, and karaoke.
