The process of setting an appointment for therapy or evaluation services, at The Center, begins with a brief phone call to our office. The staff will provide you with information about us, including our fees, and answer questions you have about our services. They will briefly ask you some questions to get an initial impression of whether we might be of help with the problems you, your child, your family, or a friend may be experiencing. If it appears that we might be of help, you will be asked to download our forms (See Below), and an intake appointment will be scheduled with one of our therapists.
